Every year the White House releases a holiday video, and this year's is particularly wacky. Barney, the president's dog, was in charge of decorating!
Too bad he didn't do foreign policy too.

Whoo, when you said Barney the Dog did the decorating, and the opening shot was a pan across the White House lawn, well, anyway I was surprised that there was more to the video.
You're wrong about one thing, though -- Barney IS doing our foreign policy. And he's left a big steaming heap of foreign policy that will take years to clean up.
