Religious idiots always complain that gay marriage is a threat to traditional marriage. Well, you know what the real threat to traditional marriage is? DIVORCE. So the brilliant dude behind Rescue Marriage is starting a move to outlaw divorce, setting up tables in front of Wal-Mart to get those regular folks who are evidently sooo worried about traditional marriage to commit their beliefs to paper.

Rachel Maddow brought to light the interesting statistic that Massachusetts, the first state to allow same-sex marriage five years ago, has NOT suffered a breakdown in the family structure; au contraire, Massachusetts now has the lowest divorce rate in the nation, and the Mass. rate is all the way down to what it was in the 1940s.
Makes me wonder what a contentious
gay divorce would be like...
