Are you actually reading the book, or did you just pull out a random quote? If you are, how is it?
I couldn't put the book down. Rosie is a mother first and a gay person second, though, which makes it hard for me to relate. I mean, I've never felt that the perfect end to a long, hard day would be getting into a bathtub with a little boy.
George Clooney, sure. Little boy, not a chance.
As for the quote, Rosie was in a bathroom stall at an Italian restaurant and a fan declared through the door that she was going to wait for Rosie to finish. Rosie found herself a little verklempt.
Yes, poopus interuptus is the worst, and when you're in a public restroom, that's the last place you want anybody interupting your, uh, stride.
