He also bagged the records for Most Shrivelled Penis, and the Fastest Speed Ever Reached by Retreating Balls.

... So now the Nepalese government is all fired up to make a law forbidding nudity on top of the mountains. This may be in response to the Chinese government's recent passage of a statute that outlaws any reincarnation not approved by the Chinese government. Presumably the Guinness people are watching, and will soon choose the World's Stupidest Law from among these rich pickings.
