This may sound like an unusual concept at first, but it looks like Marco may have tapped into NYC’s next big health trend.
You know what's not the new health trend? A professional chef tasting his broth and then using that spoon to stir it.

I find the idea of "bone broth" to be unsettling anyway. "Be he alive or be he dead, I'll grind his bones to make my bread!" So now the giant is making soup, too.
